    Payment: To reserve your items, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit up front and the remaining 50% 10 days prior to your event.

  • Our rentals are priced individually as well as in curated packages, offering you the flexibility to select as few or as many items as your event requires. We also specialize in designing bespoke packages tailored to your unique vision and needs.

  • Delivery and pickup fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and are influenced by factors such as the items selected, travel distance, and the complexity of the delivery. Once we receive your rental request, we’ll provide a tailored quote that reflects the specific details of your event.

  • Our warehouse is located in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. We welcome you to schedule a private appointment to view our collection in person and explore how our pieces can complement the vision for your upcoming event.

  • Fees will apply for any items that are lost, damaged, or returned in unusable condition. Charges for non-repairable or unreturned items will be thoughtfully assessed on a case-by-case basis.
